My left turn signal when turned on flashes twice s fast as the right. I have looked for open circuits and change the lights with no affect. where do I look?

Not to ask a stupid question, but you did visually verify that all lights actually work as you described? Have you added any items, or done any other work recently?

It's either a bad bulb (as someone already pointed out) or you have a dirty connection in one of your bulb holders.
