Question Decel Pop, Low Idle and Spitting, Misses @ 2500 RPM,,,

Hey guys! Brand new to the forum, so I really have'nt done much searching on the issues mentioned! I have an 02 Ultra, that I bought last year that has 20,000 mi. on her! I have the stage 1 with SE Slipons, and a PCiii. It was having these problems before I installed the PCiii, but was able to remove the decel popping. I've also checked for intake leak but that is fine. I start the bike, and it idles fine until I ride a little and it warms up. Then the idle drops to around 800 and it spits and coughs, then it will die if I don't throttle it up? I have also disconnected the power commander and still get the same thing? I have changed the plugs and no difference? It also misses around 2500-2700 rpm, and I will get a brief engine light? I will see about pulling codes tomorrow, now that I have learned how, thanks to the forum! I just want some opinions of what else I should check! First thing that I am gonna do is clean the IAC and see what happens there! Then it's off to the fuel hoses and filter! Any other info that yall can give me will be highly appreciated!
