2011 EG Limted - no heated grip power

Picked up a new 2011 EG Ltd 2 days ago and the heated grips are not functioning. Anyone know which fuse this circuit is hooked to? My HD shop manual is on backorder. Thanks!

Checked the P&A fuse as per owner's manual. Still no heat.
