Question Idle question

This question has probably been asked 1000 times but how low can the idle be safely set on a 103. I have a TTS tuner and it is set at 1000 now a little high for me.

Welcome to HDF.

That speed is just fine for your motor! Do not reduce it below that. The reason is that as crankshaft speed is reduced it becomes erratic and puts high loads into the engine. Each piston slows down on compression and then accelerates on firing and that repeats every crank revolution. You want your engine to last a long time? Leave it alone!
