Just put some new bars on the bike and internally wired them. Got everything back together and turned the key on and my indicator lights dont work. Circut breaker is clicking and lights dim. Everything works on the hand controls and it starts up but it just keeps clicking. Could a wire in the bars cause this? Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

 

Yep! a wire or connection is most likely intermittently shorting against the inside of the bars, or high resistance (bad solder joint or intermittent connection) at one of the plug in connectors or solder connections.
