Exclamation Screaming Eagle STpro 2011 FLSTC

I have a 2011 FLSTC. I put a se highflow AC and cycle shack exhaust. I got the SESTP and got my bike dyno'ed. I have done some research on the ecm and maps. The Dyno shop set the AFR at 13.6, there are no points in the map that are set at 14.6. If I understand the ecm correctly, anything below 14.6 does not allow the closed loop ( o2 sensors ) to even be taken into account. Is this true? and is there any danger in this?

FYI: At 14.6 the stock pipes were bluing very badly. They do not now
