One_Screamin_Eagle, I mark all cells at AFR table and increment (lower the numbers) by 0.9, it meens when you see 14.3 you now see 13.4
it is more or less 8% (in this case is 6.3%, but when the cells was lower than 14.3, the percentage are bigger)

I did not change the VE tables yet.

I change only the AFR tables (as I describe), the idle RPM table (I need idle around 1050rpm), and spark timming table (advance 1 point when rpm is lower than 3000rpm), it meens when timming was 20.00 now shows 21.00. this timming adjust make my bike stronger below 3000rpm, before that it was a little soft.

my base map was the 1550 stII with 25 degrees. in this tryout I didnt change any constant. this new configuration is the better I try until now, and the bike runs very nice, with a lot of power. maybe I can tune better, but I think will be a marginal benefits.

I think VE Tables can be more espeficic to my cam (SE204 and not SE203, but I dont know how), and I think the spark timming can be more agressive, but I will spend a lot of time do test it (i will do that in future) using the data recording mode.

but in general, the bike runs much better than the original 1550 st2 map.

 

With a 95 - 100" motor, raising the VE 20 units roughly equates to lowering the af 1 point. You lowered the AF .9, so you did basically what I suggested in a different way. The problem with doing it in the AF tables is that they are supposed to represent what is coming out the tailpipe - in your case they do not, you are just using them to try to richen it up. I'm glad you are having success in your attempts.

I called my buddy back after your reply...Seeing as we were both on cell phones, and he was in a building, I didn't hear everything he said clearly enough.

It was supposed to be 50% more than the 6% we normally add to our 10% ehtanol fuel maps. Which would be about 9% like you discovered.
