I bought a mini speedo at a liquidation sale...Progrmable Mini Electronic Speedometer With Odometer. By Drag Specialties. It has a cord on it with a red button. I said the button must be to set the odometer or program the unit. The salesman said, no it straps on the fork and reads the revolutions of the wheel, like an electric eye.??????????? I think I need another cord which would plug into the tranny sensor? It says in the catolog that it can be programedfor use with any sending unitthat sends 3,000 to 90,000 pulses per mile.
Can someone please explain to me how this unit is supposed to be installed?
