the light doesn't flash it just stays on 7 seconds after start up and goes out. I was told that means it wa sa temp fault.

Code is P1353 front cyl no combustion.

So you changed pipes or did something to make it other than stock. It means that the computer thinks that there was an absence of combustion. It will set after you get on the throttle. What's not factory on the bike?

Nothing is changed. It only happened today, and it isn't flasing, only stays on a short time and goes off. so must have been a temp fault

Did you change spark plugs recently? If not, take it to the dealer and have them find the wire that is shorting... spark plug, coil, or otherwise. If you did, check the torque on the plugs. Or, it >could< be a bad plug... but that's not highly likely.

Since yours is an '07 I'm assuming that you haven't reached your 10k maintenance yet so you probably have a short somewhere instead of a plug torque problem. If it's compression related, then you should see the new error showing up under acceleration or high torque loads (climbing a big hill while accelerating).

I had the same error when I installed my new plugs and didn't use a torque wrench to set the plugs. I was a bit surprised at how much you put on the plugs... but I should have used anit-seize compound and then I wouldn't be concerned about getting them too tight.

I got that code after changing spark plugs.
Found that my ignition wire cap wasn't properly pushed down on the spark plug.

Don't wait for end to display, when you see the code number, press and hold in the reset button and it will clear.
