Default Intake seals don't last

I have a stock motor on my 07 FXDB with 14,000 miles. I had the intake seals replaced under warranty by a dealer not long after I got it, then had them replaced last spring by my indy. Now they're bad again. Actually just the rear. The indy is scratching his head, can't figure out why this is happening or how to prevent them from going bad again.
Any suggestions?

Put a little never seize on the beveled edge of the flange, then put the seal in and a little never seize on the outside edge of the seal. I have no idea what would be causing them to go bad.

Thanks for the reply. My guy said he was going to use some type of compound to hold the seal in place, maybe this is what you would use the never seize for. Hope this works since I'm trying to get the TMax to tune the decel pop (sometimes very loud backfires) and with an air leak that's almost impossible.

At this point I'm almost convinced that it's not the seals. The 2 times they were replaced they looked perfect, so there must be a problem with the manifold fitting on the heads. Too tight or too loose but I'm betting on loose. Will try a dry fit and see how it looks. Then it's a matter of how to fix it.

Dry fit the manifold without the gaskets. see how the thing lines up with the cylinders.
After my heads were milled I had to file the manifold a little to get it to fit between the lowered heasd.
I use silicone grease on gaskets that are captured.--cant extrude themselfves but will never harden up.

Also make sure the top engine mount is correctly installed so there will be no stress or changes as it heats up.
Mine is a Solftail so that is important. Probably the same for rubber mounted.
