Just finished putting in retro-fit LED lights in my 02 FLHTC, brake lights, front and rear turn signals. My bike already had the conversion kit to turn my rear turn signals into running lights as well as turn signals. Everything seems to work OK EXCEPT when I turn the switch on my front and rear turn signals come on and then flash real fast about six times, then come on steady and seem to work as they should....I have no security system on my bike. The instruction sheet for the LED modulator tells how to reset the flash sequence on 03 and newer bikes, but it does not work on my 02...

Other than that, the LED upgrade is sweet!....really bright and very noticeable!

Any suggestions?

What kind of LEDs did you get? On my Kuryakyn I had to take the conversion kit off because the Kuryakyn kit already converts the turn signals into running lights and brake lights.

I bought them from Custom Dynamics....They are "Radiantz". Those things are bright! ....just can't figure out the flashing part!

Tried It....It worked!....showed a code 21 and 22.....I reset it and it is now normal!

Your bike is sensing a change in the draw because the led's draw is less than the stock bulbs, don't know if a load equalizer would eliminate the problem you are having being that you are running led's front and rear and the running lights also. You will set a code when you change the draw significantly with the work you did. These bikes just don't like major changes without setting codes.
