Issue is... ECM will only adjust so much. When you installed a free filter to go with your Python's it may have been too much. Now you are lean and running hot. Your Decel tables could handle the load before you changed to a free flowing filter, maybe not so much anymore.
Solution... wait and hope (doubtful it will work)
Put your stock filter back on (probably don't need the K&N anyway)
Purchase a fuel manager such as TTS, SEPT, PC V or other product of your choice.

If you Installed just slipons the ECM can adjust itselt for that change, but slipons and intake you will nedd a Power commander. I had the same problem, call fuel moto, spend $300 and they will send you a preprogrammed Power commander for for you setup of pipes and K&n. Your bike its going to ride richer and cooler and no pops at decel.
The power commander V can be installed in 25 minutes very easy, se video on powercommander.com
