My 2005 roadking speedometer and odometer quit working. The security key light stays on while the bike is running. The security system is working and the bike runs fine, just no speedo. I pulled the speed sensor and cleaned it but that didnt fix it. Fuses are all ok. Need help with diagnosis and repair.

 

what about your turn signals.. do they auto cancel like they're supposed to?
Cleaning the speed sensor sometimes does the trick but in most cases it simply needs to be replaced.
