In my service manual for 99 2001 page 290 warm slow idle speed set screw .

Must be an aftermarket manual because HD manuals cover year by year.

I know Harley Davidson manuals have a few more details .The clymer manual with the Road Glide picture on the front cover, FLH FLT 1999 thru 2003 has some good pictures and electrical prints. The cahange statrted in 2002 with the efi.
