Sert help!!!!!!!!!!

I'm TRYING to get this damn sert workingand keep running into problems. Now the program won't let me chose a com port ( in the program itself ) in the programming stage, any suggestions PLEASE?!!!!.

What year & model bike ?

What version of the software - help / about

Are you using a serial port or a USB adapter ?

If USB do you have the drivers loaded for it ?
