Default SEPST connector?

OK... likely a stupid question, but here goes.
I have a Super Tuner and just received the cable set (was on b/o). I had the dealer install a map when I replaced my header, mufflers and ac.

I want to learn to use the tuner, but for now I just want to connect it to the scoot and have a look at the calibration loaded.

I have read the manual and viewed the DVD. It only tells me to connect the cable to the bike, but doesn't indicate where the connector is located.

I have looked under the left cover and under the seat (at the ECM). I cannot find a connector that would mate with the 4-position female connector on my cable

I assume you are talking about your 2011? If so then yes, it is under the left side cover. It is attached to the bike beneath the fuse block, you have to slide it forward to release it then take out the rubber plug. Some of the earlier touring models had them under the roght side cover.
