Hello to all, i have a problem... sorry for my simple English but i are Italian

I have all in order to make stage 1 to my Street Bob 2011.

After plug in the VCI module to my bike and to my netbook, if i put on the engine commutator, the Super Tuner Program crashed and show this error:

The Super Tuner program is updated to the last version and after i have updated the VCI module.

Is Windows XP SP3 cleaned...

Like i can resolve this problem???

I had to click to check for updates while my vci was hooked to the bike. It then updated my vci and the message went away.

 

You say that check update (for the program) when the VCI is hooked to my bike?

If is correct i don't have tried why do not have wireless internet i my box... but i organize myself...

Ok, i have checked the update with VCI hooked to my bike but don't have any new update

 

I was not able to use my netbook with the tuner. I have the program on my laptop, and when I hooked it up, it updated the vci file. I will try using the netbook again and check for the message. Snap-On Equipment has a factory in Italy that makes Automotive Tire Changers and other equipment. I have been trying to get my boss to send me over there for a few weeks.
