Tuning center in NE Ohio?

Tuning center in NE Ohio?
Can anyone help me with locating a good tuner for my PCIII.
I looked in power commander web site and found one in Newton Falls Oh but when I talked to him I knew this was not the guy to use.
I live in the Youngstown area. Cleveland, Pittsburg, Canton/Akron areas are with in an hr. drive and not a problem.
I'm willing to spend whatever it takes, just need someone I can Trust
