Default electrical problem

I know it not a harley but its still a problem. My buddy has a 81 goldwing. He put in a new battery this spring fully charged. He has no power at the ignition. No headlights, tail lights, nuetral light, nothing bike won't turn over. The aux lights work. Checked the fuses and they appeared good. Any ideas?

Is there a curcuit breaker or a main fuse? Is the ground good? you might have to start chasing wires. Is there power at the fuse block?

The test light indicates there is power at the main fuse next to the battery. There is no power at the fuses up by the dash. The wiring harness looked good with no wires being pinched. Any ideas?

My guess would be a wire. Or corresion in a connector. If you have power at both sides of the main fuese but none at the fuse block, there has to be something in between stopping it.

If I think like a harley I would suggest test from battery to main and main to ignition switch.
