K&N 3909

Had dyno done on my 06 ultra, tech said 3909 dosn't alllow enough air for my true duals. Had to use se/ac. Now I see K&N has come out with (K&N-3910) which is 2 1/4" where the 3909 is 1 5/8" tall surely this will breath like a true K&N. Anybody got one yet?
