Yout understanding is Incorrect.
Leave the switch values WinPV alone. They tell the ECM if the vehicle has Knock Control. Check the Knock Control box and set Knock Control to 1=On.
Autotune basic has Max Spark Learn set to 0 to disable this feature. When Max Spark Learn is set to a setting greater than zero the feature is enabled and limits Max Learn to the number entered.
Press Program Vehicle>Autotune>Settings (in the Power Vision Module) to edit autotune setting like Max Spark Learn.
Hope this helps.

Got it all installed. 2/1/2 stainless head pipe. jackpot 4 inch mufflers and PV2.
Got it all installed in about 3 hours and done the first heat cycle. will have to do the others tomorrow after work.
got a question. Noticed from cylinder glows a bit at the collector ( the pipe down about 3 inches. not a cherry, but a noticable glow. enlighten me here. Dont really seem normal. not on a cold start up. I got a tube out and stuck it in my ear and went over the collectors, and all joints and didnt hear any leaks, but thats redneck.

so I'm assuming (correct me if I'm wrong) that FM sent you a map, you simply uploaded that and have done no more correct?
If that's the case, these maps although good maps, are usually pretty far off from what they need to be and why you should run a few log sessions to tune it in to your specific build.

Before you make tune runs IF you do not know what your looking at I would call fuel moto and double check you have the right map to start with. We have read of mistakes before.
I just did stage 1. 2-1-2 Super stock (S&S) exhaust Fuel moto intake and their base map and my bike ran really good first cracker out of the box. To be really honest very pleasantly surprised.
I was going to ride to water front and eat at the Ram so thought I would warm it up and see how it ran before any auto tunes. Bike seem to run so good I did not stop and start auto tune I just went down and ate. On way back I monitored spark knock note to self front cylinder will need a little work possibly will see after I have VEs set.
I have been watching my Engine temp before and after the fuel moto down load and the temp did not go up. Stayed about the same.
Observation before I put my wards fans on watching temps the new way they start EITMS by ambient air temp my new bike maxed out at 289* My 2010 street glide maxed out at 310* With wards fan on my Ets can run 240s and less.
