yep, saved it in a new slot and then re-flashed the ECM with that new saved tune.

I'm comparing it to the one that I was running before and it looks exactly the same. The Air/fuel map has all the same values

one thing i forgot to add, when I was riding the values on the auto tune screen never changed from 0%

not sure if they should have or not

The VE tables should be the only thing that changes.

On the auto tune screen it should tell you learned ve how many cells you hit & the avg % change & the max % change. If they were both 0% something must be wrong

As long as auto tune is active you don't have to data log it is automatically doing it. It will not go out of auto tune unless you flash a new tune!!

Are you sure about that? I thought you had to actually select datalog to start the process.

hmm then i have no idea. guess ill give it another shot tomorrow

Your right, you have to be in the data log screen to auto tune. When your done you need to flash a tune from the tune manger to get out of auto tune setup mode.
