Below 2500 (stop light acceleration) and above 3k (real hard acceleration to 5500 and highway acceleration) I want as much performance as my bike can deliver....fuel economy be damned.

I do have the AT-100 module with WB Sensors and PV on my bike and did the tuning to my map with them. However, these graphs were generated with the same log data that you would get with the stock O2 sensors. You should be able to do the same graphs.

Guys. Try a tuning trick.
First, change the vast majority of your AFR table to 14.6 and do a data log.
Using MegaLogViewer HD to plot VE Front and VE New Front and in the third box pick RPM.
Do you get a straight line or is it a real fuzzy line? If you are getting close on the VEs, you will get a straight line. Similar to when in open loop, plotting MAP and INJ PW F and RPM in the third box.
Way cool stuff.

Keep in mind that the software that you DL today will time out sometime in October. It is just beta stuff right now. If you have any license for any version of MegaLogViewer right now, you will not need to send more money for the HD version when the HD version times out.
The beta version has all the functionality of the eventual registered stuff right now.
If you can think of any really cool features you would like to see in the next version, run the idea past me. I can try to get Phil to add it into the SW. It all has to do with how may people are downloading the software and registering it.

Lowering the AFR to 14.6 in the upper rpm ranges could do significant damage to the engine, particularly without dramatically lower the timing. There's just no point to trying to tune with the stock O2 sensors above the cruise range. You either need WB sensors or you need to spend time on a dyno that has a fuel sniffer to act as an O2 sensors when running at WOT.

You're definitely not staying below 2500 on the highway at 70+ mph. I generally keep the bike 2500-3000rpms when cruising on the highway which is where I want to maintain the highest fuel economy. Back roads I can also generally maintain 2500-3000 rpms and still have plenty of power for accelerating out of turns etc.
Anyway, with the 255 cams I have plenty of power while I'm in the cruise range even without downshifting, which makes a difference, too. OTOH you are a few performance tiers above me, so you shouldn't have any problems at all above or below 2500.

If your gearing is stock my '07 is a bit higher and I'm turning 2500 @ 65mph. We generally ride <60mph on the backroads around here, so I'm usually <2500 and I actually prefer staying between 2200-2500 when possible.

I break 100ftlbs at 2200 (I'm above 110ftlbs between 2700-5400rpms) so tuning for economy at a lower rpm isn't an issue other than potential loss of performance when accelerating hard from a full stop (although a nice by-product will be that my rear tires will last longer than 8000miles!). That being said, I'm planning on developing a map for full economy to see how it feels by making the AFR 14.4 (.980 Lambda) from 0-3000rpms and out to 70kPa. It'll be a while before I get enough saddle time for the tuning. I'll report back what I find and how the full stop acceleration performance and fuel economy are effected.
I have no plans to make adjustment above 3k rpms given the very strong performance at higher rpms that I don't want to alter.
