Default Headsets problem

Hi Friends:
I have a problem with my headsets. Only can ear the radio in the right speaker. I had tryed with other headset but the problem persist in two headset conectors. I am new with a Ultra classic and is possible than I am in a operation error. Only set the speakers switch in the upper position. I not using CB and not using a Intercom switches.

Other think The volume control in rear seat only down te volume not upper volume work. I had checked the switch and all work well.
Thanks
Marco

Default RE: Headsets problem

Is the balance set to center? No sarcasm intended, just asking the basics.

Default RE: Headsets problem

No problem is a good razon. I think that. When the radio is use without headsets the balance is correct in center. But when I connect the headsets this option (Balance) not appear en screen,

The volume shitch is ok now
