These numbers:
Where you hit 15 increase that VE-cell with 4 %,
Where you hit 15,7 increase that VE-cell with 9 %. That should get you back to around 14.4 on those cells.
If you are not sure you can do it in steps.
Gradually increase VE value and you will see the AFR value dropping down.
Have fun with it.
Oh, an increase with 2% and then again an increase with 2% is not the same as an increase with 4%.

A couple of things to check-

1. Are the O2 Sensors and AFR gauge sensors tight in the exhaust, are the head pipes sealed well at the heads?

An exhaust leak can cause the O2 sensor reading to be off.

2. Are the AFR (O2 sensors) for the gauge installed AFTER any cat converter in the exhaust?

Note: if the vehicle you are calibrating has catalyst, you need to sample the exhaust gas prior to the catalyst or you will get incorrect air to fuel ratio measurements.

Default 18 limited tuning issue

Reputed Tuners are like chicken teeth around here. The selling dealer's tuner says he never used the Street tuner...all he wants to do it put a FP3 on it. My past two dealers, one lost a good tuner, he quit and the other one had a fool back there doing the tuning and I suspect he was the reason I lost a 103 engine in my 12 Limited. I think he was responsible for a lot of other problems I had with that bike also.

I am pretty sure I can go 4% but not so sure about the 9%. I tested on the software and 4% is the max.

So should I do the 2% first and then a 2% again to get better results. Is this better than doing 4% all at once?

Many thanks for your help.

Good points.
I guess I assumed the head pipes and original O2 sensors are tight as this is all stock headers...I will double check them. The AFR tool was tight at the tap point.

Cats are still in the stock header...and located before the header splits to go to the left side of the bike. My sample points are about 6 inches down stream of the heads. My sample points are about 28 inches upstream of the cats for the front cylinder and about 22 inches on the rear cylinder. So I think that should be about right to avoid any issues with the cats.

Thanks for your help...

Seeking opinions on need for SE Pro Street Tuner for 2018 Heritage 114 when adding Street Cannon mufflers. The tuner software list a Stage 1 calibration as high flow air cleaner and mufflers. The bike already comes with a high flow air cleaner. Looking at the Street Cannon mufflers there is no difference in the diameter of the baffle outlet or in the number of holes visible in the baffle. I am looking at the Street Cannon mufflers simply because I do not like the looks of the stock mufflers. The one dyno test I have seen of a 114 bike with stock vs street cannon mufflers showed 1 hp and 1 lb feet gain with the street cannons. That tells me they flow very close to stock. So is there anything to be gained with the tuner with just the muffler change? Harley says it is required but I am inclined to believe that is just a general statement given the bike already has a high flow air cleaner. Seeking advice. Thanks.

I'd like to know if anyone has seen support for the 2018 Softails for the Pro SUPER Tuners (not the Street tuner) as there are MAPs for my 2017 Road King.

Ok, So I have been reading thru this thread and didn't find anything that matches my scenario. I have a 2018 FLHTK and I have installed V&H Mufflers (original header pipes still in place). I want to add the SE high flow air cleaner and understand I will need to tune it. The tune I would use looks like it would be 824SHS215. Is this the same tune I would use when I install upgraded header pipes? Should I use the auto tune to maximize the performance?

I thought that SESuperTuner wouldn’t work with interface modules for 2018 models. Not sure about that as I have SEStreetTuner. That has different map file for stage one 107”.
