I just got the bike back from the dealer from the 1000 mile service. Not that that means anything but I suspect all of that is good to go. After that service is when I installed the pipes, AC and tuner. Only sitting at 1300 miles.

take a look at your AFR table. maybe take a little bit out in the area you're seeing the retard and do another tune run. See if that helps, if not then I would move onto timing, removing only a couple of degrees at a time AND keeping in mind that knock retard is actually happening BEFORE it shows up in the logs so you'll have to go back a few frames to determine exactly where it happened.

I am missing something?
are you looking at the histogram for knock retard and front is a flat line, but rear spikes 9.25*?

I am observing the retard on the data recording (DT flash disabled). I just was correlating it to the area of the VE table in which it seemed to be happening. The screen shot I've attached on this post shows the purple color as the rear retard. The flat green line on the bottom is the front retard (0 degrees).

Blue is throttle, red is MAP

OK, the secret is I asked him to email me the file so I can look at it, then I will post what I see. I cannot see enough from a snapshot.

the timing thing is something I get hung up a lot on myself...

well that and EGRs with TTS.. but that's a whole different story...

Victorsam,
I received your DTO and #7,8&9 HDX files.
1) the spark advance has not been changed.
2) the VE has changes of up to 20
3) HDX 8 &9 has knock on front (small 0.5) & rear up to 9.75*
4) HDX 7 has knock only on the rear, but wow a lot of knock from 1500 to 5000 rpm
you are using Map 617SEB203 which is correct for SGS 2014.

problem is that you have a continued knock without explanation in the rear. Timing on the base file has not been changed, I would not expect it to be out as far as the knock suggests. VE on new has not changed enough to introduce lean knock. something else is going on here and not with your tuning attempts I suspect.
what octane gas are you using, bad gas maybe?
The rear O2 sensor may be bad
This may well be a warranty issue
