This is the link to follow for the software. As of Monday 32111-13 was obsolete. The MOCO does not charge for the software now but you have to enter the serial number of your VCI to download. I went through a big ordeal this week to find all of this information out. I posted in a new thread on this subject and got help from Scotty3. The post if my link is incorrect is titled 32111-13 information.
The VCI I have is the race tuner. It is not the street tuner. When I orginally purchased it I changed cams and the dealer used it to reprogram my ECM. I did not have the money at the time for the software and cable kit. I did not get the tuned final map on a disk. My mistake although I may contact them tomorrow and ask if they saved it and if so, could I get a copy. That might also work.

ok I have done the smart tune and adjusted my afr table per Harley tuner's table he posted only problem I had was a little bit of hard starting when the bike was at operating temperature but I cured that by going to the starting part and lowering the time the injector is open thus making it a little leaner at startup. The bike runs very very well now I know i have read a little about adjusting timing but Im not clear on what needs to be done. I am running an 09 ultra classic 96" running base map 205td004.

If you apply each recording one after the other as you make them then you only need to apply the latest as the bike knows about the previous ones, they are recorded as updates to the VE table.
If you make a bunch of runs and don't apply them as they are made but save them up then you need to apply them all onto the calibration you are starting with.
Its actually better to make a run, apply the updates, make another run, apply the updates and so on until you aren't getting much change or you are bored. That way it gets refined each time.
