Default Best setting Daytona Twin Tec

Im installing a DTT on my 01 RG with 95 kit, flat tops, SE MCR heads, Andrews 54 cams, VH 2/1 Pro pipe, SE air filter, stock carb. I just finished the build and Im installing the DTT Monday. What would be the best settings with my build. It isnt broken in yet and has about 50 miles on it. Not concerned about the Rev limit settings as I will keep it low until I get a bunch more miles on it. Im also doing the Headquaters Jet kit at the same time. It comes with a 46 slow jet, 195 & 200 main jets and a red HQ needle. Any recommendations on which main jet to use at Denver altitude 5000 plus feet?
