RE: How do I tune bike with module?
OK, I hope you didn't pay too much for it because that sounds like what they use to do the stage 1 flash on your computer. I reccomend you contact the dealer and see how it is installed. I did a search on google and came up with some hits but it wasn't much help.
Good luck.

You got a Scanalyzer Tool to install that flash???? Special diagnostic tool that HD Shops have, before Digital Tech came out....
Are you sure that it hasn't been already downloaded????? Was the seal broken on the little baggie that it is in.....

Just out of curiosity, can the HD download cartridges only be used once? Do they sync up with ECM in a similar fashion as the SERT interface black box?

The cartridge has a "Marker" written into the data, that once it is past a certain point in the uploading, it is at the point of no return, and cannot be used again....
HD did have 1x, 5x and 10x cartridges, but have done away with all, effective MY 07 release...
You can still get one, if it is in stock, but as stated earlier, you need a Scanalyzer tool to upload it to the ECM...

Thanks again for sharing your in-depth knowledge of the in's and out's of how Harley's and the MOCO works. Being a garage knuckle buster and an electrical engineer I'm both curious and fascinated on how the MOCO company works and designs its bikes. Looking at the wiring diagrams and the ECM pins and the pin names/functions, the ECM looks pretty darn sophisticated for a motorcycle. The MOCO must have an entire electrical engineering department with both hardware and software engineers who also highly understand combustion, emissions and EPA criteria?
Anyway, I digress, but thanks again for the info.
