Default Intermittent charging circuit issue

About every 300 miles or so, my charging circuit seems like it stops charging as I get the low voltage warning and a code is thrown. All I have to do is cycle the engine on and off for "it" to reset. I can even do this while riding.

I believe I have checked all charging circuit wiring and everything seems fine.

Changes are a Cycle Electric charging circuit kit and Yooper cables.

Any suggestions?

have you checked the 2 connectors coming off the voltage regulator to make sure the deutch connector pins are in good shape and not loose?

Would be helpful to know year of bike. Tells me if your single or three phase along with knowing if you are circuit breakers or maxi fuse equipped system. Different systems can have different problems.
