Default baffles

Hi Guys,

I am new to all this, so please be patient, but heres my question.

I just bought an 07 1200c and would like to get more sound out of it, so I'm thinking about removing the baffles. I have looked at my plugs and they are light grey to white, and since I know the bike runs lean, will I run into problems drilling out the baffles.

In short, YES you will. They run lean in stock trim, when you drill/remove the baffles you go leaner yet and you will kill the bottom end torque also.

Also plug reading isn't very accurate now with the removal of tetra ethyl lead from the gas. The only coloration you'll see now is the additive packages in the fuel.
