SERT map files??

Wood Performance tw6-g Cams. Woods recommended a map using 203 0r 204 cams.
I ran into another problem though. I can't seem to upload a map to the ECM. It gets to 15 or 20% then says it won't accept the file and to talk to Harley Dealership. Has anyone come across this before?
The SERT was purchased from a dealer that installed the stage I kit and did the tuning. The correct VIN is engraved on the SERT, leading me to believe I have the SERT for the bike.
In upload mode I checked to make sure the ECM P/N's matched to make sure the file was compatible. I am able to read the ECM file info for the currently loaded file. Not sure where to proceed with this now. I have run the bike with the stage I file loaded. It seems to perform well and the plugs are a little browner than normal but not any thing drastic. I could just leave this file in but I think there is more performance available if i can get the correct map file and load it.

I'm going to take a shot at this. That shot would be that you don't have a SERT and actually you have a SEPro tuner with the little button on the top side? If so, I'll stick my neck out and say that the VCI software hasn't been updated. The tuning software yes but there is a second update for the VCI and this is why it is stopping with 20%.
Could my guess possibly be correct?

L or N?

(CD Revision L, 7/15/2007)
• Added Model Year 2008 calibrations and parts lists numbered 96 - 107.
• Added column for 2008 Touring ECM.
• Corrected parts listings for calibrations 73, 77, 83.
• Corrected model year for calibration 19.
• All but two 159 cals have been updated to either 171 or 176.
• Removed HDI cals 89, 90, 91. Replaced by 'All Market' cals.
N would have been the last update disk.
