Default mileage drop from 39MPG to 34MPG

Had my bike dyno-tuned after breaking in St 2 big bore and the bike was poping sometimes when changing gears, also stalled once when comming to a stop. so I took it back to see if it should be doing this. The dealer put it back on the dyno and richen fuel from 6 to 10%. The bike does not pop anymore but my fuel mileage drop from 39MPG to 34MPG could this small amount in fuel richen cause this?

A few variables apply and yes,it would affect it.Hard to duplicate exactly the same riding conditions as prior to 2nd dyno. The PC may need a few more miles to read the motor and attune it self .Make sense?
