Default PCV in 2009 vs. 2010

Why is it the PCV model 15-003 comes with O2 eliminators and is designed for 2009 bikes.

the O2 elim is just a plug with a resistor across the circuit to prevent a short and show some "load"

While there is a PCV model 15-011, without O2 eliminators that's for 2010-2011 bikes and doesn't require you to trick the ECM ?

Is the 2010 - 11 Stock ECM set to NOT fault on the loss of signal from O2 ?

So does that mean that a 15-003 PCV will work fine on a 2010-2011 bike by just leaving the O2's unplugged ?

Interesting. I have a 2010 Wide Glide and the PC V Fuel Moto sent me has the two O2 eliminators in it.
