Default Andrews Cams installed for $500

Stopped by my local Indy yesterday and asked him about cams...He told me for what i was looking for he recommended Andrews TW26A cams, adjustable Push Rods, new Torkington inner bearings...Said he would do all this for $500.00. This sounds pretty reasonable and fair to me and sounds like a well worth while upgrade...I have a PDIII from Fuel Moto so i am sure Jamie Can come up with a map for me...I am freaking itching...He also told me to let him know and he could have all the parts in 2 days and drop my bike off on Tuesday and he would have it back to me by Friday or sooner. Said that a Dyno tune by a local Dealer would finish the package and ......I hope i am going the right direction. I have heard and read about SE 255 and Woods 6-6 and 555 and Mackie etc....I want to trust my local guy and i think it may be a little milder that these other cams or about the same....

If you are going to do the cams, have him do the engine too. Get both for $500 and you got a great deal! A bog bore will really set it off.

I am not looking for something too wild...Just a bit more TQ to pull a trailer and a bit more OOMPH! when coming out of a switchback in the hils with the OL on the back...$500.00 seems pretty good and i am a bit limited in the funds so it was very tempting...I will probably pull the trigger a bit after thanksgiving.
