RE: PCIII
You won't need the map. You may need to have the ECM returned to stock unless there is a PCIII map for a non-stock, stage I mapped ECM (there may be). I can't imagine that this would do you much good, but, then, I don't run a dyno. I would suggest you email dynotek's tech support and ask them what they think would be best.

RE: PCIII
The way DynoJet has been designing their maps is real simple....
Since they released the "Rev Extender", there is no need to have the Stage I in the ECM.....
Any of the values that are in the tables of the PC (Fuel/Spark) are just modifications of the map that is already in the ECM....
Example.... If a certain block in a fuel map is 14.3 MAP, and you want that value increased due to identifying a condition at that Throttle pos/RPM value, then you add to the zero that is showing on the PC table (+3 = 3% more or 14.729 MAP).....
All the PC is doing is modifying the BASE VALUES THAT ARE ALREADY IN THE PROGRAMMING........
The only thing that a stage I will give you at this point is a very poorly tuned bike (if you don't have it retuned).... and you won't need the Rev Extender....

RE: PCIII
No...
a few years ago, the only way to get the higher RPM's was to have the Stage I flash installed, and Dynojet accepted that as a good thing, as they were still upgrading their units....
Now, the newest maps are designed with a stock ECM config, as they offer a "Rev Extender"... It works like a DVR or CD player that retains the operating parameters at 5500 RPM, and maintains them for an additional 500 to 700 more RPM... Snapshot, Buffer, Hard Code... whatever you can understand....
Engine is running faster, and the MAP is staying constant in that RPM Window... No Fuel or spark changes....
