I have an 07 FXDB that I bought used back in Nov of 07 (guy didnt keep it long, huh?). Before trading it in, he had one of those chrome oval chopper looking wave style headlights put on it, which I've always thought looked pretty ridiculous on this style bike. Well I finally got around to getting a DNA 5 3/4 gloss black headlight assembly for it. Getting into though it looks like I have to take the tank off to get to the headlight connector. Does anyone know an easier way to do this swap? I hate taking the bike to the dealer or a mechanic, but I've also never taken the tank completely off, and would rather not have to for something that should be as simple as a headlight. The mounting is fine, it's just getting the electrical undone and reconnected on the new light.
