Check the power commander web site and see if they have a map that matches your configuration. I have a 2006 Wideglide with the SE stage1 intake and SE II exhaust. I am running the PC IIIusb with o2 eliminators installed. (I know that others prefer the SERT or some other management system but the Power Commander is what I have so that is what I use.) I am using map 810-036 which is originally for the 05 Dyna TwinCam. With SE stage1, and SEII exhaust, without o2 sensors. The bike runs OK on this map but I know that a Dyno tune is still needed. When you install the PC III and the map make sure to Zero the throttle position. (Instructions are on the CDs tutorial) Don’t be afraid to try different maps you may find one that works better than others.
