The easiest way to tell if it's over charging is to use a meter. I got em layin all over my garage. Shoot me a PM with your address and I'll send one in the mail, seein how ya'lls unemployed, it's the least I can do.
I did enlarge the pic but they sure made that meter confusing.....sheesh.
