Bike has 17k on it, always stored inside. Had it out the other day for the first time (have other bikes, keeping this one for sentimental reasons), following issues were noticed: radio face plate has time illuminated but no other function, ammeter fluctuates wildly when front handbrake is depressed or signals turned on, and heard what sounded like starter drive spinning down when shutting off bike. Checked voltage at battery when it was running and it indicated 14 v +- at batt and 12 at amp meter. Changed out start relay but still same conditions. Any ideas. Thanks
