I have a 2001 Fatboy with aftermarket LED front turn signals and aftermarket rear turn signals that were on the bike when I got it. For about 4000 miles life was good and the ridin was easy until recently my left turn lights front and rear quite flashing. When I turn them on the lamps front and rear light up but they don't flash. The auto cancel function still works on the left. The right side turn signals work fine, flashing as they should. When I turn on the emergency flashers both the left and right side flash like they are supposed to.

Any ideas?

Check to see if there is some sort of a load equalizer along the wiring to the LED's, that may be where your problem is.
