My Harley Road King blinkers are very fast and the front ones are dim< where should I look to fix this?

Flashing at double the normal rate indicates a problem with the bulbs or wiring. Likely you have a short.

 

Steart cheap and replace the bulbs. 1157 in front 1034 (I think) for back

 

Also check the taillight. It would be easy to miss that while focused on the turn signals.
