dyno tune made bike worse

I have been looking in to having my bike Dyno tuned with my SEST. Other then a Harley Dealer I have only found one that will do it. He said cost would be under $200 and if I'm not happy with his tune, he will re tune for free. Seems like they all should stand behind there tunes. I didn't ask the Harley Dealer if they would re tune for free if I wasn't happy with it. Maybe I should call them and find out, just for the he11 of it... Good luck.

Not sure if it was said already; The tuner should give you the D-sheet with AFR information and the program that he put in your bike. You paid for it; it belongs to you and only you. That way, if you get into a dispute about the tune, you can tell him that you will be taking your program and results to another shop and it will bring forth some honesty.

had mine dyno tuned. rinehart true duals, SE hheads, SE 258 cams, SE throttl body, i think bigger injectors. K&N filter. on a 99 road king. bike ran great before but was a gas pig. now its making 99.4 HP and 105.4 torque. the down side is it feels boggy at 2500to about 3500. seems to be flat.kinda hesitates a bit when you crack it. wasnt like that before. also has the PCIII installed. tuner says it runs better, but i say different. whats an easy way to change this? im gonna call tommorow and see what the AF mixture was. any suggestions?
at least thats what i noticed more of a mid range cam. after your on the cam it should run like a raped ape.hope this helps ride safe
