2003 Heritage softail efi bike. To start the bike have to hold throttle wide open. Even after it been started, to start it again have too hold throttle wide open. When started it idle's high like there is a vacuum leak. I have already check for leaks with a propane torch. Nothing showed up.

 

If you're having to hold the throttle open, sounds like it might be too much fuel. Maybe you have an injector hanging open.

 

Could be a throttle position sensor or a crank sensor. cps controls timing, tps controls idle fuel delivery and off idle throttle response.

 

It was the tps. Replaced and worked ok.
