The power commander is wired/pinned directly into the ECM. Would be a big task... The bike is at an Indy now as I was frustrated but he has had it for 9 days now.. About ready to go get it as he doesn't know what is wrong yet.... I may go get it tomorrow and try to unwire the power commander. Thanks for the tip.

a power commander is not pinned to the ECM.

to install a power commander, you unplug the stock cable from the ECM, plug it into the PC, then plug the other end of the PC to the ECM.

to remove it, simply unplug it from the ECM and plug the stock cable back into the ECM
