I am having a spark problem, when I push the start button I get no saprk at the plugs and then when I let off the button I get a spark for a split second at the plugs. I have checked the coil and it is working. I performed a test at the leads going from the EMI to the timing sensor by jumping the Blk & Grn wires and was able to get spark at plugs. I tested the EMI for voltage and it is reading 3.5 volts the manual says it should be 5 volys + or - .05 volts so I'm thinking this may be my problem I was hoping someone else encountered the same thing and could verify issue before I buy a new EMI and it dosen't work since you can't return them.
