Tried to remove ECM and after I broke loose the 2 screws holding it on they won't come out nor will they tighten again but the unit is not falling off either. Has anyone had the same experience. I hope that I didn't break something.

 

put "ecm removal" in the search box. Your post comes up first. Go down about 5. It will tell you wxactly what you did and pretty much what you will be doing to rectify the situation. Smile, it can always be worse.
