I have a 2006 Heritage Classic that is DOA... No lights, no power anything, we checked the battery and fuses, the starter relay, the ignition switch all without any positive results, there is one thing that puzzles me though, the speedometer needle pulses in the off position but not in the on position, please help.

 

did you check the grounds? Sounds like it is searching for a ground

 

Yes, sounds like a ground issue. Without tearing anything apart, jump the ground side of the battery to a spot on the frame/engine out of sight with a jumper cable. If that makes a difference, then you know what to start looking for.
