PCIII map without timing?

PCIII map without timing?
I just bought a PCIII from FuelMoto. The map that came installed doesn't have any timing? I was comparing this map to others available from Dynojet for my combo and they all seem to have a timing map to go along with the fuel map. Just curious as to why. Thanks
