I have a 1999 Ultra in almost new shape. Now when I turn the ignition switch on my right turn signal indicator flash real faintly. And the rear right turn signal light flashes slowly. Front right doesn't. I about 10 seconds it goes away and works correctly. Any ideas. Also aren't the rear turn signals suppose to be lite all the time just like the front ones. I mean like running lights, except when you turn on the turn signal. Mine aren't.
